With more than five decades of legal experience, Vincent Lamanna has built a reputation as an
outstanding attorney and corporate citizen. Focusing on the practice areas of municipal law, real
estate, wills, and estate planning, zoning, land use, and commercial law, Mr. Lamanna has handled
civil litigation including municipal, real estate, personal injury, commercial, and workers
compensation cases before both state and federal courts, the Appellate Division of the Superior
Court, the New Jersey Supreme Court, and state and federal administrative agencies.
His extensive background in public and municipal law has resulted in a number of prominent
appointments, including Cape May County Counsel and Solicitor for a number of municipalities
and public agencies. Mr. Lamanna also served as a Municipal Court Judge in a number of
municipalities throughout Cape May County.
A Diplomate in New Jersey Municipal Law from the New Jersey Institute of Local Government
Attorneys, he has taught other attorneys in the Institute’s Diplomate program and served the
organization as both a member, officer and trustee. Mr. Lamanna is a member of the New Jersey and
Cape May County Bar Associations, previously serving as trustee for the latter. Mr. Lamanna is the
recipient of several professional awards, the most recent being the 2017 Daniel J. O’Hern Award for
Professionalism bestowed by the Cape May County Bar Association.
