The amount and nature of published opinions in which a law firm has participated provides a good yardstick, among others, for measuring a law firms quality and scope of expertise. Published decisions in New Jersey constitute legal precedent. We are quite proud to chronologically list the following published decisions in which our firm has participated.
(1) Zaid v. Island House Condominium Association, 170 N.J. Super. 206 (Ch. Div. 1979) (prohibiting condominium associations under the Real Estate Licensing Act from directly or indirectly engaging in the business of real estate brokerage by renting or selling condominium units in their respective buildings). (4) Margate Civil Ass'n v. Board of Com'r of Margate, 132 N.J. Super. 58 (App. Div. 1975), (an important decision construing New Jersey law which requires a separate municipal liquor license for each specific place of business). (Mr. Hankin)
