Mr. Hankin's practice has a major emphasis upon appellate writing, land use/ commercial/corporate/environmental/condominium/equity type matters and related litigation, including employment defense. He has also enjoyed pro hoc vice admission in North Carolina and more recently in Florida where, as co-counsel with F. Lee Bailey, for a malpractice plaintiff, he engaged in a successful 3 week Medical Malpractice trial in Palm Beach County. |
