Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, June 15, 1944, Mr. Hankin was admitted to the bar 1969, New Jersey; U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; 1974, U.S. Supreme Court.
Education: Dickinson College (B.A., 1966); Washington College of Law of American University (J.D., 1969). Recipient, American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law. Mr. Hankin's practice has a major emphasis upon appellate writing, land use/ commercial/corporate/environmental/condominium/equity type matters and related litigation, including employment defense. He has also enjoyed pro hoc vice admission in North Carolina and more recently in Florida where, as co-counsel with F. Lee Bailey, for a malpractice plaintiff, he engaged in a successful 3 week Medical Malpractice trial in Palm Beach County.
