During law school, Ms. Budrock served as a family law and guardianship intern for the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association. Ms. Budrock was certified under the student practice rule, Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03, and was able to represent clients in divorce, custody, and guardianship cases. Ms. Budrock continued working in the family law field as a law clerk with Brickley, Sears & Sorett, where she represented clients regarding custody, parenting time, and child support matters in Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.

Prior to joining Hankin, Sandman, Palladino & Weintrob, Ms. Budrock was an associate attorney at a multi-state foreclosure litigation firm working at the firm’s headquarters in New York. Ms. Budrock gained valuable experiences regarding residential foreclosure actions, delinquent property tax ramifications, clouds on title, and encumbrances on subject properties. Following Ms. Budrock’s associate attorney position in New York, she returned to New Jersey to continue her career representing clients in all areas of family law. As a member of the firm’s Family Law department, Ms. Budrock focuses her practice on representing clients in all aspects and stages of matrimonial litigation, including issues relating to domestic violence, equitable distribution, case management conferences, early settlement panels, custody, child support, alimony, premarital agreements, and post-judgment matters.

Traditionally awarded only to members of the Massachusetts Bar, as a law student, Ms. Budrock received the Meg Connolly MVP Award for her extraordinary pro bono contributions through the Volunteer Lawyers Project in 2016. Ms. Budrock’s extensive community involvement include volunteering at the St. Francis House Soup Kitchen in Boston from 2014 to 2017, being a participant and fundraiser for UGA Relay for Life since 2008, fundraising for various organizations such as: Care Packs for Heroes, Inc., Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, Children’s Miracle Network, and St. Baldrick’s Foundation.
