Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,1962; admitted to bar January, 1989, New Jersey, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey; United States Court of Claims, 2015. Education: George Washington University (B.B.A., 1985); Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 1989). Member: American Inn of Courts, American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Construction and Public Contract Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association, Atlantic County Bar Association.
Mr. Palladino has been a member of the firm of Hankin, Sandman, Palladino & Weintrob for 27 years, a nine-attorney firm with offices in Atlantic City and Cape May Court House, New Jersey.
Mr. Palladino’s practice emphasizes construction litigation, including the representation of major contractors and owners, and complex commercial/contractual transactions. Mr. Palladino also has significant experience litigating complex construction, contract and business tort matters in State and Federal Courts. Mr. Palladino has been admitted Pro Hac Vice in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Illinois, New York and Florida for the purpose of representing his clients in complex commercial litigation matters. Mr. Palladino is also regularly called upon to mediate complex commercial and construction matters throughout New Jersey.
