The past several months have been busy for John Palladino

  • On April 24, 2015, Mr. Palladino successfully forced a rebid on behalf of South State, Inc., the second lowest bidder on the Water Street Sanitary Sewer & Potable Water Main Projects in Gloucester City.
  • On May 14, 2015, Mr. Palladino successfully forced a rebid on behalf of South State, Inc., the second lowest bidder on the Greenleigh/Essex/Evergreen Avenue Main Replacement project in Merchantville, NJ.

 

  • On May 26, 2015, Mr. Palladino successfully represented Ernest Bock & Sons, Inc. on a protest of the award of the Camden Bank Renovations, Phase II. Bock, the 2nd lowest bidder, was ultimately awarded the $12,083,000 project.
  • On June 4, 2015, Mr. Palladino successfully defended a challenge in Gloucester County Superior Court brought by Hall Construction Co., Inc. to the award of the Rowan University College of Business to Ernest Bock & Sons, Inc. Bock has subsequently commenced work on this $38,650,200 project.
  • On July 10, 2015, Mr. Palladino successfully defended a challenge in the Gloucester County Superior Court brought by Hall Construction Co., Inc., Terminal Construction Corporation, and Benjamin R. Harvey & Sons, Inc. to the award of the Rowan University College of Engineering to T.N. Ward Company This project has a value of $46,766,400.
