Employment
The attorneys at HSPWB regularly represent employees and employers
in state and federal courts and before state and federal administrative
agencies concerning claims of employment discrimination, retaliation,
harassment, failure to accommodate disabilities, and other claims under
the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, Title VII of the Federal
Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and state and federal
whistleblower laws. The firm is also experienced in the review, negotiation,
and drafting of employment and severance agreements, the drafting of
employee handbooks, and the development of other workplace policies.
